Welcome to Equimotional Coaching , this is your first step to becoming an Equimotional Wellbeing Coach. We hope you're here with beacuse of your passion for helping others and interest in others and your own wellbeing. To help you develop more of an undertstanding about what it is to be "Equimotional" here is our Ethos and Mission Statement. " Equimotional's aim is to provide a safe , joyful and experiential learning space for people to grow & develop in a non judgemental environment. To create a confidential space to promote emotional awareness and to remain professional and abide to the stipulations under the guidance of BACP" Our course is 15 weeks long and completely online. It covers EFL sessions , mindfulness , wellbeing , safeguarding & much more. We are IPHM & CPD Accredited so you can rest assured that you a being provided with quality learning material to help you develop on your professional or personal journey.
