I’m an experienced Coaching Professional and BACP counsellor who can help shape your perspective into a healthy and productive one. Whether it’s your riding life, your relationships with humans or horses or anything else that’s important to you, I’ll help you develop the habits and skills to effectively deal with the challenges and emotional moments you may encounter in life.

I have years of experience working with young people, in SEN/EBD and mainstream schools. Using my therapeutic approach with horses has really helped my work with young people developing confidence and understanding of themselves. I am Athena Herd EFL trained & also work with Victim Focus (Dr.Jessica Taylor)

Using an integrative approach I work in a holistic way to empower change into your life. I am a member of professional societies to ensure I practice in an ethical way with my clients & it is at the forefront of my work. I am passionate about being trauma informed and strength based to strive for positive outcomes for children and young people.
