The Equimotional Pathway Awards are a complete facilitator-led award suite for Equine Wellbeing Coaching, designed for older young people, teenagers and adults aged 14+.
This is one of our more grown-up Equimotional resources. It is not a young child-facing worksheet pack. It has been created for facilitators, equine wellbeing coaches, alternative provision settings, home educators, mentoring spaces, SEND support services and horse-led learning environments that want a clear, professional and reflective way to recognise progress.
 
The pathway supports learners to explore confidence, communication, body awareness, boundaries, responsibility, reflection, safe participation and horse welfare awareness through calm, structured, horse-aware activities.
 
The award is split into Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. These are not age bands. They are based on readiness, independence, confidence, reflective depth and safe engagement.
 
Bronze supports gentle foundations, safety, observation, participation and first reflections.

Silver supports consistency, responsibility, regulation, trust, repair and deeper self-awareness.

Gold supports leadership, ethical reflection, advanced observation and integration of learning.

The pack is designed to be flexible. You do not need to print everything at once. Facilitators can choose the appropriate award level, select relevant activities, gather evidence gradually in the Participant Portfolio and use the Assessor Pack when reviewing progress and signing off an award level.
 
Evidence does not need to look like schoolwork. Learners can show progress through writing, drawing, discussion, photos, observation, scribed reflection or facilitator notes.
